Character building and enrichment opportunities are recurrent themes in every core program that the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County (BGCKC) offers. Our athletic opportunities for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County and its surrounding community are merely extensions of our philosophy and after-school programs.

 

The BGCKC Soccer is dedicated to promoting and developing youth soccer in Bakersfield, CA, and the surrounding areas.  This program uses soccer as a vehicle to improve each of our student-athletes as both players and people. We promote discipline, commitment, and teamwork and encourage competitive, confident attitudes while maintaining high levels of sportsmanship. Our primary goal is to provide the best skills and experience to help our student-athletes reach their highest potential.
