After School Program

25/26 SCHOOL YEAR

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County is excited to provide after-school/out-of-school education and enrichment opportunities (Monday through Friday) for children in pre-kindergarten to high school through 3 traditional Clubs and 72 school-based Club sites in Arvin, Bakersfield, Frazier Park, Gorman, Lamont, Kernville, McFarland, Lake Isabella, Lebec, Wasco, and Tehachapi. Providing programs in a safe and engaging environment is a top priority for the Boys & Girls Club. We partner with each community, school, and family to design a program that meets their specific needs. We draw upon the most effective academic enrichment, physical fitness, nutritional, and life skill programs to challenge children and make learning fun. All programs are staffed with trained Youth Development Professionals who will provide academic support in high-yield learning activities during non-school hours.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County Is currently accepting online registrations or interest forms to attend the after-school program.
