
Event Ticket Policies
Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are subject to availability.
Tickets may be purchased through our authorized ticketing platform or approved box office.
Prices, seating locations, and availability are subject to change without notice until the purchase is complete.
A confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. Please verify your order immediately upon receipt.
All Sales Final
Unless otherwise required by California law or specifically stated below:
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts, weather, illness, transportation issues, or personal circumstances.
Lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged tickets will not be refunded.
Tickets purchased for the wrong event may be eligible for exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
The ticket holder notifies the organization at least 48 hours before the event start time.
Tickets for the correct and equivalent event or session are still available.
All ticket exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of the event organizer and are not guaranteed.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket purchase price through the original point of purchase.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, refund or credit options will be provided consistent with applicable California law and the event organizer's policy.
Service fees charged by third-party ticketing companies may be governed by the policies of those providers.
Seating
Reserved seating guarantees the specific seat listed on your ticket.
General Admission seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The venue reserves the right to relocate seating when necessary due to production requirements, safety concerns, or accessibility accommodations. Comparable seating will be provided whenever possible.
Children
Children age two and under may be admitted without a ticket provided they remain seated on a parent or guardian's lap and do not occupy a separate seat.
Any child occupying a seat, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
Admission
Every attendee must have an individual ticket corresponding to their reserved seat or admission.
Children requiring their own seat must have a ticket.
Late arrivals may be held until an appropriate break in the performance to minimize disruption.
Admission after leaving the venue is subject to venue policy and staff discretion.
Accessibility
Accessible seating is available in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests needing accommodations should contact the venue before purchasing tickets whenever possible so appropriate seating can be arranged.
Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for:
Disruptive behavior
Harassment of performers, staff, or guests
Intoxication
Fighting or threatening behavior
Illegal activity
Failure to comply with venue policies or staff instructions
Photography and Recording
Unless specifically permitted:
Professional cameras, video cameras, audio recording devices, drones, and live-streaming equipment are prohibited.
Cell phone photography may be restricted depending on the event.
Flash photography and recording during performances are prohibited.
Violation of these policies may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Mobile Devices
Please silence all phones and electronic devices before the performance begins.
Phone calls, texting, and illuminated screens during performances are discouraged and may result in staff intervention.
Outside Food and Beverages
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and coolers are prohibited unless specifically approved by venue management for medical or accessibility reasons.
Security Screening
Guests and personal belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry.
Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:
Weapons
Illegal substances
Laser pointers
Fireworks
Oversized bags
Any item deemed unsafe by venue management
Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold in violation of California law.
The venue cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers. Fraudulent, counterfeit, duplicated, or altered tickets will not be honored.
Force Majeure
The venue and event organizer shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Refunds, if any, will be provided in accordance with applicable law and event policy.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at a live event involves certain inherent risks. By entering the venue, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including the risk of injury or exposure to communicable illnesses.
Photography Release
By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images or recordings may be used by the event organizer for promotional, advertising, archival, or educational purposes without compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the venue, event organizer, sponsors, and producers shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot be limited under California law.
Policy Changes
The venue reserves the right to modify these policies at any time to comply with applicable laws, public safety requirements, or operational needs.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Ticket Policies.
