Boys & Girls Club FALL Day Camps Registration Open
Bakersfield, CA (October 28, 2025) – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County Is currently accepting online registrations for Fall Day Camps (Autumn Extravaganza) for the following Club sites: E.L. Jack and Monica Armstrong Youth Center (801 Niles Street, Bakersfield), Stockdale Boys & Girls Club (5207 Young Street, Bakersfield) and the Lamont Boys & Girls Club (8301 Segrue Rd, Lamont). The Boys & Girls Club Day Camps provide the quality and enriching experiences children are looking for—daily themes and activities, arts and crafts, STEM, and outdoor games/activities. Programs are designed with age-appropriateness in mind, and the Youth Development Professionals work hard to meet the individual needs of the Club members.
Fall Day Camp for children ages 4 to 17 will run from November 24 - 26, 2025, at the E.L. Jack and Monica Armstrong Youth Center and Stockdale Boys & Girls in Bakersfield (Monday-Friday/7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). The camp includes breakfast, lunch, and a snack served daily. These sites have the ENABLE Program for children with special needs.
Fall Day Camp for children ages 4 to 17 will run from November 24 - 26, 2025, at the Lamont Boys & Girls Club (Monday-Friday/12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m.). The camp includes supper and a daily snack. (Lamont Boys & Girls Club)

About BGCKC: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County started as the Boys Club of Bakersfield in 1966, serving 25 children. The organization now serves, on average,15,000 youth each year; most are from at-risk and disadvantaged circumstances. The children and youth (pre-K to grade 12) participate through before-school, after-school, and out-of-school programming at three traditional Club sites in East Bakersfield, Southwest Bakersfield, and Lamont, in addition to 72 school-based sites in collaboration with 14 school districts in Arvin, Bakersfield, Frazier Park, Gorman, Lamont, Kernville, McFarland, Pond, Lake Isabella, Lebec, Wasco, and Tehachapi. The Nutrition Program serves over 2,500 meals daily to children in need through community and Club sites.
